Gas Turbine Coatings
PolyDyn coatings extend the life and improve the efficiency of gas turbines. We offer corrosion resistant coatings and dry film lubricants suited to turbine service.
The PolyDyn coating matrix is three ingredients: small particles of solid lubricant for low friction and release, an engineering polymer binder for film strength and adhesion that also protects the softer lubricating particles, and pigments and fillers for additional hardness, color and corrosion resistance. These materials have a flexible cure schedule.
Turbine work is the clearest case for the temperature range on the technical data page. The same coatings go on oilfield components and industrial engines.
